Connected account data — when you link a social or messaging account, we access the messages, comments, ad comments, reviews and mentions you authorize us to manage, along with related profile and metadata, solely to provide the Service.

Usage data — log data, device and browser information, and analytics about how you use the Service.

We use information to operate, maintain and improve the Service; to draft and send replies on your behalf as you configure; to process payments; to provide support; to communicate with you; and to protect the security and integrity of the Service.

To draft replies in your brand voice, message content and the brand profile and knowledge base you provide are processed by our systems and trusted AI service providers. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your private message content to train third-party public models.

We share information with service providers who help us run the Service (hosting, payments, analytics, AI processing) under confidentiality obligations; with the social and messaging platforms you connect; and where required by law or to protect our rights. We may share information in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data as described below.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — we do not sell personal information.
