Terms of Service

EngageBeast is an AI-powered unified inbox that helps you receive and reply to messages, comments, ad comments, reviews and mentions across connected social and messaging platforms.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity under it. You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind any business you represent.

Paid plans begin with a 7-day free trial that requires a valid payment method. You will not be charged during the trial and may cancel any time before it ends. If you do not cancel, your card is charged for the selected plan when the trial ends, and the subscription renews automatically each billing period until canceled.

Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current paid period.

You agree not to use the Service to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content, to violate any platform's terms, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. You are responsible for the messages sent from your connected accounts.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok). Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms, and their APIs and policies may change or limit functionality outside our control.

The Service drafts suggested replies using AI. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is sent where review is enabled, and for content sent automatically where you enable auto-reply. AI output may contain errors; use professional judgment.

We own the Service and its software, design and content. You retain ownership of your data and content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EngageBeast will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold EngageBeast harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
