What is Brand Voice, and why it matters

Brand Voice tells EngageBeast how your business sounds, so every AI reply feels like you wrote it, not a robot.

You set things like:

Your tone (warm and friendly, professional, playful, luxurious, and so on)
How formal or casual to be
Whether to use emojis
Words or topics to always mention, and ones to avoid
Guardrails (things the AI should never say)

How to set it up

1In EngageBeast, go to Brand Voice (in your settings/AI setup).
2Fill in your tone, personality, and formality.
3Set your emoji preference.
4Add anything to always mention (for example, "we offer free consultations") and anything to avoid.
5Save.

Why this matters

This is the single biggest thing that makes your replies great. A rich Brand Voice means specific, on-brand replies that sound human. A blank one means generic replies. Spend five minutes here, it pays off in every reply.
