Connecting Your Channels
Connect Facebook (Organic)
Bring your Facebook Page comments into EngageBeast so you can reply to everyone who comments on your posts.
What you need first
- A Facebook Page for your business (not just a personal profile)
- You are an admin of that Page (if you created it, you are)
Steps
- 1In EngageBeast, go to Channels and click Add channel.
- 2Click Connect on Facebook (Organic).
- 3A Meta login window opens. Log in with your personal Facebook account (the one that manages your Page).
- 4Choose the Facebook Page you want to connect.
- 5Leave the requested permissions turned on and click Allow or Continue.
- 6You are done. Your Page comments will start flowing into your inbox.
Why this matters
You log in with your personal account because Meta uses it to confirm you are allowed to manage the Page. You are only connecting the business Page, not posting from your personal profile.
If you get stuck
Make sure you are an admin of the Page. If you do not see your Page in the list, you may not have admin access, ask whoever created the Page to make you an admin.
