Step 1: Connect your channels

Link the social accounts where customers reach you. Most connect in under a minute by logging in and clicking Allow. See Connecting Your Channels.

Step 2: Set up your AI

Tell EngageBeast how your business sounds (Brand Voice) and give it your basic info like services, hours, and address (Knowledge Base). This makes every AI reply accurate and on-brand.

Step 3: Start replying
