Connecting Your Channels

Connect Messenger

Reply to Facebook Messenger conversations inside EngageBeast.

What you need first

  • A Facebook Page (Messenger connects through your Page)
  • Admin access to the Page

Steps

  1. 1Go to Channels and click Add channel.
  2. 2Click Connect on Messenger.
  3. 3Log into Meta and choose your Page.
  4. 4Approve access to Messenger messages and click Allow.
  5. 5Done. New Messenger chats appear in your inbox.

Why this matters

Messenger belongs to your Facebook Page, so connecting it uses the same Page login as Facebook.

If you get stuck

Same as Facebook, make sure you are a Page admin and picked the right Page.
