How @Mentions work
When someone mentions or tags your business (for example on Instagram, including in their story), it shows up in your @Mentions view so you can respond. Mentions are great engagement moments, a quick reply turns a tag into a relationship.
Why this matters
People who mention you are already talking about you publicly. Responding fast amplifies that goodwill.
