Connecting Your Channels
Connect Instagram + Facebook Ads (Meta Ads)
Reply to comments on your paid Instagram and Facebook ads. These are your highest-intent leads, people commenting on ads are often ready to buy.
What you need first
- A Meta ad account with ads running (or that have run)
- Access to that ad account
Steps
- 1Go to Channels and click Add channel.
- 2Click Connect on Meta Ads (Instagram + Facebook Ads).
- 3Log into Meta.
- 4Select the ad account you want to connect.
- 5Approve access and click Allow. Done.
Why this matters
People who comment on your ads are actively interested right now. Most businesses never reply to ad comments. EngageBeast makes sure you catch every one.
If you get stuck
Make sure you have access to the ad account. If it is managed by an agency, you may need them to grant you access first.
