Connecting Your Channels

Connect Google My Business

Bring your Google reviews and questions into EngageBeast, and reply to reviews in your brand voice.

What you need first

  • A Google Business Profile for your business
  • The Google account that manages it

Steps

  1. 1Go to Channels and click Add channel.
  2. 2Click Connect on Google My Business.
  3. 3A Google login window opens. Sign in with the Google account that manages your business.
  4. 4Approve access.
  5. 5If you manage more than one location, EngageBeast shows them, pick the location(s) you want to connect.
  6. 6Done. Your reviews will flow in.

Answering reviews quickly builds trust and helps your local search ranking. EngageBeast drafts on-brand review responses so you never leave a review sitting.

If you get stuck

Use the exact Google account that owns or manages the business listing. If you do not see your location, that account may not have access to it.
